Account deletion – CarLauncher by CarLab

You can request deletion of your account at any time. If you no longer have access to the app, you can still request deletion via email using the steps below.

1. How to request account deletion

1. Send an email to support@car-lab.app from the email address used in the app.
2. Use the subject: Account deletion request – CarLauncher by CarLab
3. Include your account email address.

For security, we can only process deletion requests sent from the email address associated with the account.

2. What will be deleted

• Your app account (Firebase Authentication)
• Your user profile and app data stored on our servers (e.g., preferences/settings, subscription status in our database)

3. What may be retained

• Records required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes
• Payment and subscription records managed by Google Play (if applicable)

4. Timeframe

We process deletion requests within 30 days.

5. Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Please manage subscriptions in Google Play.
